Providers and agencies pay no fixed fees: Atryo earns when a service is completed, sharing the value with those who create it. Condominium management companies use the management software with a clear, predictable licence and per-building fee.

Zero fixed costs
Providers and agencies/hosts pay nothing to be on Atryo: no subscription, Atryo earns only when a service is completed. The condominium software has its own fee, shown below.

Those who work earn
The largest share always goes to whoever delivers the service. Atryo keeps a part for the platform, vetting, support and orchestration.

Value returns to the place
A share of every service stays in the place that hosted it: cashback for residents in Residences, remuneration for agencies and hosts in Destinations.

The condominium management software
Management companies pay two simple items: a licence for the firm and a fee for each building managed. Monthly prices, VAT excluded.

Platform licence
Fixed monthly subscription paid by the management company.

Per-building fee
A single monthly fee per building, based on the number of units.

One number per building: no monthly unit counting, no disputes over what counts as a unit. Atryo does not collect condominium fees.
